Recently we took a quick trip from LA to Salt Lake City to spend a weekend, and decided to give AURUM Lux Travel a try since we heard good things from a friend. AURUM - and Liese - did not disappoint! It was great to work with Liese who listened to what we were looking for (from our preferred seats on a flight and what kind of hotel experience we wanted, to the reason we were visiting Utah and what we were hoping to accomplish in such a short trip). She took care of everything from beginning to end! She is friendly, easy to work with, her professionalism was so refreshing, and she took care to recommend great restaurants and fun local events taking place that weekend. Trip was seamless, recommendations were on point, the total experience was better than what we would have planned for ourselves. Easy, seamless travel, which is huge! I went to Pasadena specifically for the Oasis concert. Liese was amazing — she booked me at a great hotel, very close to the Rose Bowl Arena. Her recommendation for this hotel was perfect because it was really close to everything. The stay itself went wonderfully, and the staff treated me like a VIP thanks to her booking. What can I say? I can’t wait for my next trip so I can rely on her again!

Working with Liese was truly such a pleasure! She made our trip to Italy unforgettable- selecting the most beautiful accommodation in Ischia for our first wedding anniversary! Liese met with us before our trip and communicated with us leading up to the trip/during to ensure we had a seamless experience. Hotel Manzi was absolutely incredible! The views were stunning and the staff was kind and attentive. Liese found this gem for us and we plan to go back in the future! Liese also gave us recommendations for restaurants, things to do, and sights to see. When planning your next trip, we cannot recommend working with Liese enough!

We planned a last minute trip to Italy and thanks to Liese it was an amazing experience! Liese helped find multiple hotel options for our trip in Italy and listened to our input on the type of hotel we were looking for. We ended up staying at the Hotel Manzi in Ischia and it was incredible! From the complimentary shuttle to different parts of the island to the complimentary morning breakfasts it was everything we wanted! Not to mention the amazing thermal waters and spa access included with the stay! Liese also helped us with fantastic restaurant recommendations throughout the trip and we were treated like family at all of the restaurants. Liese is so easy to work with and knows how to deliver an amazing guest experience! Can’t wait to book our next adventure!
